About the Product:

The rotating parts of turbochargers and small aerial engines are casting from superalloys by vacuum investment casting. These parts are known as integrally bladed and disks or blisks, turbine wheels, and rotors. Moreover, friction welding of rotors (shaft made of steel to turbine wheel made of superalloy) is available at Carno Knowledge-based Co. Rotors have high sensitivity and dimensional accuracy due to special working conditions, including high rotating speeds about 100,000 rpm at elevated temperatures of about 1000 ˚C.
