In the ceramic salon, the wax clusters are transformed into ceramic shells through applying ceramic layers. At this stage, if there is a need to apply an inoculant agent to refine the grain structure, inoculant material, mainly Aluminate Cobalt, is added to the primary layer slurry. By considering the geometry and weight of melt that will be poured to the ceramic shell, we determine the layer numbers of ceramic shell between 8 and 15 layers.
